I came across an interesting blog piece from internet bloggers mashable, which suggests Facebook's acquisition of FriendFeed could have it take a real crack at Google's domination of the 'internet search' market.

Facebook is massive. It killed MySpace, now will start to chip away at Google.

ill be interested to see what comes of this partnership. so many companies like facebook spend outlandish amounts on smaller micro-competitors and end up regretting it.
